Ingredients

  • 1lblean ground beef
  • 2tbsptaco seasoning
  • cupswater
  • ¾cupsalsa
  • cupsmedium pasta,like penne or rotini, uncooked
  • 8ozVelveeta cheese,cut into ½-inch cubes

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef until no pink remains. Drain fat.

  2. Stir in the taco seasoning.

  3. Add the water, salsa, and pasta, then bring to a boil.

  4. Reduce the heat, and cover.

  5. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the pasta is tender, adding more water if needed.

  6. Once the pasta is tender, add the cheese, then stir until smooth and creamy.

  7. Serve warm, and enjoy!
