How To Make Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Pretzels
These peanut butter pretzels are irresistible. Rich peanut butter frosting in-between two salty pretzels complement the sweetness from the chocolate.

- ¾cupspeanut butter
- ¼cupunsalted butterroom temperature
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 1½cupspowdered sugarunsifted
- 6ozsemi-sweet chocolate chips
- 48mini pretzels
Instructions

To your stand mixer with the beater attachment, add the peanut butter, unsalted butter, vanilla and powdered sugar until combined.

Then place 1 tablespoon between 2 pretzels to form a sandwich.

Melt the chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave in 30 second increments then dip the sandwiches halfway in the melted chocolate

Place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to harden in the refrigerator.
