These peanut butter pretzels are irresistible. Rich peanut butter frosting in-between two salty pretzels complement the sweetness from the chocolate.

Ingredients

  • ¾cupspeanut butter
  • ¼cupunsalted butterroom temperature
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • cupspowdered sugarunsifted
  • 6ozsemi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 48mini pretzels

Instructions

  1. To your stand mixer with the beater attachment, add the peanut butter, unsalted butter, vanilla and powdered sugar until combined.

  2. Then place 1 tablespoon between 2 pretzels to form a sandwich.

  3. Melt the chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave in 30 second increments then dip the sandwiches halfway in the melted chocolate

  4. Place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to harden in the refrigerator.
